One-Time Aircon General Servicing

Scope of Work:

Aircon General Servicing is normal cleaning and maintenance, regular check-up for air conditioners.

• Checking and cleaning of the units’ filter and cover
• Check deodorising and purifying filter of bio-pure
• Clean & check indoor evaporator coil and cleaning it
• Clean & check indoor drainage tray (Wall mount fan coil)
• Flushing of the drainage system
• Check motor bearing and, if required, lubricate it (if necessary)
• Chemical cleaning is out of scope for this service

*Above scope not applicable for ceiling concealed fan coil
